Terms of Service
1. Services
AIM Wrap Studio provides vehicle vinyl wrapping, paint protection film (PPF) installation, decals, custom design, and related mobile and commercial services. Quotes provided through this site are estimates and may be adjusted after an in-person or one-on-one review of your vehicle and project scope.
2. Bookings & Quotes
Submitting a booking or custom quote request does not guarantee a specific price, date, or turnaround time until confirmed by us directly. Turnaround times listed on this site (e.g. 1–2 weeks) are typical estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition, materials, and current workload.
3. Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe. Deposits, if required, will be communicated at the time of booking. Full payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Warranty
Standard installations carry a 3-year warranty against material defects, lifting, and bubbling under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, improper washing, curbing, or normal wear and tear. Warranty terms may vary by material and are confirmed at the time of service.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations. Details will be confirmed at booking.
6. Vehicle Condition
Customers are responsible for disclosing existing damage, prior repairs, or paint issues before work begins. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions that affect installation quality, such as poor paint adhesion or prior bodywork.
7. Portfolio Use
We may photograph completed vehicles and feature them in our portfolio, on our website, and on social media. Let us know if you'd prefer your project not be featured publicly.
8. Limitation of Liability
AIM Wrap Studio's liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
