We use a few essential cookies to keep this site secure and working, plus one optional analytics cookie that helps us count visits. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, and we never sell your data. You choose whether analytics is on.

These are always on. The site cannot work properly without them.

3. Analytics (Optional)
Only used if you allow it. It records which pages were visited, the referring site, browser type and approximate country, so we can see what's working. It is not used for ads and it does not follow you to other sites.

4. Embedded Content
Some pages show a Google Map and Instagram posts. Those are loaded from Google and Instagram, who may set their own cookies under their own policies (Google, Instagram). Paying an invoice happens on Stripe's secure page, covered by Stripe's policy.
5. Your Choices
Use "Cookie Preferences" in the footer at any time to switch analytics on or off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a "no" to analytics automatically. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
