When you request a quote, book a consultation, or contact us through this site, we collect the information you provide directly, including your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, and any project details you share. We also receive basic technical data when you visit (such as browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location from your IP address) through our hosting and security providers, and through visitor analytics if you allow it.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to respond to quote requests, schedule consultations and appointments, communicate about your project, and process payments for services rendered. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Payment Information
Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your card or banking details on our own systems. Stripe handles that data directly under its own privacy and security policies.
4. Photos & Project Media
Photos of completed work may be used in our portfolio, on our website, and on social media (including Instagram) to showcase our craftsmanship. If you'd prefer your vehicle or project not be featured publicly, let us know and we will exclude it.
5. Data Retention
We retain quote requests, booking details, and communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill services, maintain records for warranty purposes, and comply with legal or tax obligations.
6. Third-Party Services
We use a small number of service providers to run this site: Supabase (secure database for quote requests and bookings), Resend (sending quote confirmations and invoices by email), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare and Lovable (hosting, security, and visitor analytics), plus Google Maps, Google Fonts, and Instagram embeds. Each only receives what it needs to do its job and handles it under its own privacy policy. We never sell your information. Visitor analytics only runs if you allow it; see our Cookie Notice to review or change that choice.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us using the details below.
